The staff seemed friendly enough, and they did replace that awful blanket covered in hair without much fuss. The coffee maker worked like a charm, at least I could wake up to something decent in the morning.

I really enjoyed relaxing at the pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long day. The fitness center had great options for unwinding too. Just wish the parking situation was a bit clearer. otherwise, a solid stay! 🏊‍♂️

We faced some hiccups with the requested accommodations, notably missing a ground floor room despite the request. Despite the effort of the front desk, there were noticeable delays in our check-in process, leaving us waiting outside longer than preferred. Also, the air conditioning struggled to keep up in the high heat, making for an uncomfortable wait upon arrival for the room to cool down. The internet connectivity left much to be desired. despite a promise of available access, we had to troubleshoot extensively before finally connecting.

I had the most restful stay! My room was super clean, with a comfy pillow-top bed that felt like a cloud. Plus, I loved having a microwave and fridge for snacks, and the location was perfect-close to stores and restaurants!
